Refund & Cancellation Policy

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure any consultancy session or service. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Terms of Service

Our services are advisory in nature. While we provide expert guidance based on South African Labour Law, final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Sboniximba (Pty) Ltd does not accept liability for outcomes resulting from the client's implementation of advice provided.
